AT&T is running an offer for Uverse: $29 per month for the first six months. After that, it’s $25 more per month. That’s $25 OFF for the first six months. This Att Uverse offer is good until September 18, 2010. It applies to residential customers ordering new U100/U-family TV only or new U100/U-family TV and U-verse High Speed Internet. It also applies to residential customers ordering new U200 or higher TV only or new U200 or higher TV and U-verse High Speed Internet. DVR inclusion depends on the package ordered. For some it’s included, while for others (like U100) it’s additional $15 per month.
In addition to the above offer, there is also up to $300 back in a form of AT&T Reward Card. This depends on the package selected. For example, the $300 would be applicable if U-verse TV, Internet, and Voice are ordered. TV and Internet get $200, and TV only gets $100 back.
To remind, AT&T U-verse is the Internet based TV service – IPTV (Internet Protocol Television). IPTV technology brings TV, High Speed Internet, and Voice service through one connection and with one bill. It brings a fully interactive on-screen programming guide, video on demand, and picture in picture (PIP) regardless of if your TV supports it or not.
DVR (digital video recorder) is included in some packages. Otherwise, monthly fee applies. With DVR you can schedule recording of your favorite shows, play back, pause, fast forward, rewind them later. You can even rewind live programs you watch on your TV.
